WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT! IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU THE ATTEMPT TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long is processing, shipping and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 business day for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed the next business day which is Monday.) Express shipping orders are 2-3 business days.

Domestic express shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location. 

Domestic regular flat rate shipping is 5-7 business day depending on your location.

International shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

All packages will receive tracking number.

 

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity wil become available after 24hrs. Your tracking number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your order please contact customer service: TE@KARRACOLLECTION.INFO

 

3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders can not be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

 

4. May I return my order?

No Refunds! We are not responsible for any damages as a result of customization, color, styling or installation of the unit by customers or stylist.

 

You must contact us first before regarding exchanging your package at TE@KARRACOLLECTION.INFO during business hours within the 7 day return period. All Karra Collection Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygiene product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Karra Collection Hair seal has been broken.

 

6. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within 7 day of you receiving the order. The Karra Hair Collection seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for exchange!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Karra Collection will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return. 

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm CENTRAL TIME.

We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays!
